Try this delicious Egg Halwa

Ingredients

6 eggs

1 kg milk

4 tbspghee

2 1/2 cup sugar

1/2 tsp baking powder

nuts ( almonds – pistachios )

2 1/2 tbsp butter

Directions

Boil the milk so that it becomes half the original quantity .Now keep the milk aside off the flame .

Beat the eggs and sugar together with a beater sothat it becomes creamy .

Add baking powder to the eggs .

Put the milk again on flame and add the eggs mixture toit slowly and gradually stirring continuously ,so that no lumps are formed .Add ghee to it .

The mixture should not stick to the pan so you must keep stirring .

Now when the ghee is settled down then add butter to itand keep stirring .

When the oil separates from the edges and thecolour becomes golden brown the halwa is ready .

Take it out on a slightly greased tray and sprinklegrounded nuts .

Let it cool then cut into desired shapes .
