Homemade made soup: Instant remedy to cold and fever

Many of us would have cancelled our work and holiday plans due to sickness. The discomfort, pain, fatigue, etc, caused by fever, common cold, viral flu, cough, etc take a while to get cured completely.

One may often fall ill if his immune system is not strong enough to combat against disease-causing virus and bacteria. Consulting doctors each time you get sick can be inconvenient and expensive.

Try making this homemade ginger-garlic soup. Recipe To Prepare The Soup

Ingredients Required:

Garlic – 30-40 cloves

Ginger – 2 cups

Lime juice – 3 tablespoons

Garlic contains allicin, which is more powerful than certain antibiotics prescribed for flu.

Ginger is infused with antibacterial qualities to fight  bacteria, virus and other disease-causing agents.

Lime juice is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, it helps strengthen your immune system, thereby keeping diseases at bay.

How It’s Done:

Grind the suggested amounts of ingredients in a blender.

Empty the mixture obtained into a heating pan.

Add some water and heat the mixture until it boils.

Stop heating, let the mixture cool off for 5 minutes.

Stir well, then empty the mixture into a bowl.

The soup is ready for consumption.  Drink 1 cup in the morning and 1 cup at night, until the symptoms are reduced.
